Being a foreign entrepreneur in Stockholm and quickly finding IT-skilled labor

The student-run organization AIESEC is working to qualify college graduates for internships to companies worldwide. The organization has a large number of  people in their network with an IT-related education and can quickly and easily get people in place in Stockholm with a work permit and housing.

Stockholm IT Region met with Emina Dervisevic, one of the co-founders of web consulting firm May & Barrow and their AIESEC intern, Pablo Santiago, to speak from their two perspectives about what it is like to use AIESEC. We also took the opportunity to talk to Emina about how it is to start a business in a country other than your native country, and why the choice was Stockholm.

Examples of companies working with AIESEC in Stockholm today are Ericsson, Electrolux, Volvo, Spotify and Video Plaza.

Stockholm IT Region is a regional partner with AIESEC and you can read more about the collaboration here (In swedish).
